Lord-Aylmer Survey

Dear Parents,

Your child's school wishes to encourage active transportation, which is all types of non-motorized travel such as walking and cycling, in order to promote an active lifestyle in their daily lives.

Your child's school has started to work on a school travel plan developed by MOBI-O, the Centre de gestion des déplacements de l'Outaouais et de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue.

The school travel plan process is intended to be participatory and collaborative. Your participation in this survey is essential in order to improve our understanding of your child's commute to school. Please complete it to the best of your knowledge.

  • The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

  • You do not need to identify yourself in order to complete the survey. The survey is not intended to make any judgments about commuting choices for your family members.

  • Answers will be collected and analyzed by MOBI-O, the Centre de gestion des déplacements de l'Outaouais et de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue.

  • Please fill out the survey as objectively as possible, thinking about your child's usual trips to and from school during the school year.

  • Please complete one survey per family*.

The deadline for completing the survey is November 2nd.

Thank you very much for your valuable cooperation!

* If you share custody of your child during school days, the survey can be completed twice for the same child to reflect the child's commuting habits related to each residence.

* If more than one child attends the same school, please complete the survey for your youngest child attending this school.
